Responsible for Marketing & Brand Management, Content & Communications, Community Engagement & Events, Sales Support, Digital & Visual Marketing, Recruiting & Employer Branding, Budget, Expenses & Branded Assets, and Internal Culture & Employee Engagement. This role plays a key part in promoting Volk Transfer’s brand, supporting sales growth, and enhancing company culture.

• Maintain and strengthen the Volk Transfer brand across all platforms
• Develop and manage content for social media, website, and marketing materials
• Oversee internal and external communications
• Plan and coordinate company events, sponsorships, and community involvement
• Collaborate with the sales team to support business development efforts
• Manage digital marketing initiatives, including website updates and campaigns
• Design and develop visual content aligned with brand standards
• Support recruiting efforts through marketing campaigns and job postings
• Promote Volk Transfer as an employer of choice
• Manage marketing budget and track expenses
• Oversee branded materials and inventory
• Support internal culture and employee engagement initiatives
• Ensure consistency in messaging, visuals, and overall brand presence

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred

Proficient in social media platforms and marketing tools
Experience with website management and graphic design tools
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools
Experience with analytics and tracking tools

Three to five years of marketing experience preferred
