Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 23
- Must have valid Class A commercial driver license
- Must have two years verifiable tractor/trailer experience (Six months of recent OTR experience)
- Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
- Safe driving record
- No serious traffic violations previous three years (excessive speed, careless driving, reckless driving, or alcohol-related)
- No preventable accidents involving fatality, bodily injuries treated away from the scene, or disabling damage to a motor vehicle within last three years.
- Well-maintained and DOT compliant power unit
Compensation:
- Base rate is 82% of load gross revenue
- Revenue Bonus. Owner/Operator will receive a 2% bonus on all revenue generated in excess of $300K on the truck. Miles and payment will be pro-rated from the first full month after date-of-hire to the end of the calendar year; then miles will be based on calendar year
